                1988      Home Depot (HD) opens its Van Nuys store at 16800 Roscoe Blvd & Balboa Blvd.

                1996      HD abandons effort to build a larger store on Woodley Ave due to local opposition.

04-16-1999      HD receives approval to rebuild Roscoe & Balboa Blvds. store on leased land (lease expires 2025).

06-10-2002     HD Van Nuys receives its occupancy permit.  Lease to expire on 6-30-2025.

11-15-2016        HD has Counts Unlimited record traffic counts at North Hills Shopping Center.
